You can return anything you’re not happy with. Don't worry, we wont let it upset us... Promise! We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box, for a full refund. If you’re in the US, you have 10 business days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside of the US, you have 20 business days. For Adorn Platinum Members there is no re-stocking fee on your returned goods, however if you’re not an Adorn Platinum Member a 10% re-stocking fee will apply to the total value of the goods you are returning. This 10% restocking fee is always calculated on the item(s) regular retail price and excludes any discounts or promotion codes that may be applied against the purchased good(s) you wish to return. “Final Sale” items can’t be returned or exchanged for any reason. Items on sale, but not marked “Final Sale” are OK to be returned within the allowed time frame.
Return processing normally takes between 7-10 business days. Once we receive your return we will need a couple of days to process this. Then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.
We don’t accept exchanges, but you’re welcome to go ahead and return the item and place a new order.
Adorn Platinum Customers
If you are an Adorn Platinum Members all returns are free. That means both shipping and restocking fees are paid by us. You have 14 days from the date you received your items to send this back to us. Here’s what you need to do to return your stuff:
- Log into your “My Account” located at the top right hand corner of our websites shopping bar. Click on “Order History.” On the far right hand side of the relevant order number, click on “Return This Order.”
- Select the item(s) in your order you would like to return and select the reason for you returning that item(s). Confirm that the item(s) you wish to return are correct.
- Print out the Return Authorization form confirmation and place it inside the Adornmonde gift box, along with the item(s) you will be returning.
- Safely pack this inside the shipping box we sent your order out to you in. If you no longer have this, please find another suitable shipping box that will keep your returned order safe during transit back to us.
- Please contact us at email@example.com for a pre-paid label, which you can place on the outside of the shipping box. (Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We can’t refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels provide).
- Now it’s time to schedule a courier pickup with UPS. You can contact UPS online by clicking here.
- Once we received your returned stuff we’ll take care of the rest and have your return processed and refunded ASAP.
Non-Adorn Platinum customers
If you are not an Adorn Platinum customer you can still follow the steps outlined above to return your order. However please note that we require a 10% handling fee to the value of the goods you will be returning. This 10% restocking fee is always calculated on the item(s) regular retail price and excludes any discounts or promotion codes that may be applied against the purchased good(s) you wish to return. Also original shipping charges and additional shipping costs to have your items sent back to us (charged at a flat rate of $9.99 USD) are also non-refundable.

We aren’t able to issue prepaid return labels to international customers at this time, but we can still help you process a return, and will work our fastest to get your refund back to you once we receive your returned goods.
You must return your item(s) to the address below within 20 days from the day you received your package. Please be sure to write your order # on the outside of the package.

Please note that we require a 10% handling fee to the value of the goods you will be returning. Original shipping charges as well as any duties or fees are not refundable. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice, but please note that return shipping charges are also not refundable. Adornmonde is unable to accept returns from international customers for unpaid customs taxes and fees.
We are also not responsible for lost returned packages, and we recommend you insure and track your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
